UK Shipping Policy - Recuren Plus

At Recuren Plus, we aim to make your shopping experience simple, reliable, and worry-free. Please find our current shipping information below.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping within the United Kingdom only.

If you are located outside the UK, please visit the relevant Amazon marketplacein your country to check the availability of our products and place your order there.

2. Shipping Carrier

All UK orders are currently shipped via Royal Mail.

If you have a special delivery requirement or need an alternative shipping arrangement, please contact our Customer Service team before placing your order, and we will do our best to assist you.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

We generally prepare orders within 1 business day.

Our current dispatch schedule is:

• Monday to Thursday: Orders are generally dispatched on the same day.
• Friday to Sunday: Orders are dispatched on the following Monday.

Please note that dispatch times may occasionally be affected by public holidays, exceptionally high order volumes, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, please allow approximately 3–5 business daysfor delivery within the UK.

Once your order has been shipped, we will update your tracking information so you can follow the progress of your parcel.

Please do not worry if the tracking information does not update immediately. In some cases, it may take a little time for the carrier's system to register the parcel.

5. Shipping Fees

During our current trial period, UK standard shipping is free of charge on all orders.

Please note that our shipping policy and delivery charges may be adjusted in the future according to market conditions and operational requirements. Any changes will be updated on this page.

6. Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, damaged, appears to be lost, or you experience any other issue during delivery, please contact our Customer Service team at service@recurenplus.co.uk.

When contacting us about a delivery issue, please include your order number and, where applicable, your tracking number, so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.

7. Special Delivery Requests

If you have any special delivery requirements, please contact us before placing your order. While we cannot guarantee that every request can be accommodated, we will do our best to find a suitable solution.
