1. 30-Day Returns
We accept return and refund requests within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return or refund request. Where appropriate, we may also ask you to provide photographs of the product or packaging to help us understand the issue.
2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

3. If You Are Not Satisfied

4. Duplicate Orders or Duplicate Payments

We will check the order and payment records and, where a duplicate payment or duplicate order is confirmed, arrange an appropriate refund.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.
If you have received a damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise faulty product, please contact us before returning the item. We will review the circumstances and advise you on the appropriate next steps.
